The Mesta Park Neighborhood Association, Inc.’s Board of Directors has prepared and approved Amended and Restated Bylaws of Mesta Park Neighborhood Association, Inc. in accordance with the current (2006) Bylaws. Final approval of the Amended and Restated Bylaws requires a vote of the majority of the members of the Association. “Members” are those residents and property owners who are current on their Association dues.
Voting on the Amended and Restated Bylaws will be online only from June 17th to June 23rd. Now extended to July 7th!
