The Annual Meeting of the members of the Mesta Park Neighborhood Association, Inc. will be held at Perle Mesta Park on June 22, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. in conjunction with the meeting. Only those residents and property owners who are current on their Mesta Park Neighborhood Association, Inc. dues are eligible to vote on the slate of officers and directors proposed by the Board of Directors or any other matter requiring a vote of the membership.
A proposed slate will be posted. There are five (5) open director seats for a 3-year term ending at the end of the 2023-2024 term. The President and Vice-President are term-limited and ineligible to run again, so both of these positions are open, and there is one open director seat for the remainder of a 3-year term ending at the end of the 2021 – 2022 term.
Nominations are open to fill these open positions, but anyone eligible may run for any position. Eligibility requirements for nomination: Only those residents and property owners who are current on their Mesta Park Neighborhood Association, Inc. dues are eligible for election to any position. Interested persons should note, however, there other requirements of officers and directors beyond payment of annual dues. Nominations of eligible individuals will be open at the annual meeting.
