Beer Garden Details

APPLICATION DEADLINE: August 19, 2024
WE PROVIDE:
  • $100 stipend to cover costs
  • Logo on t-shirts, event website, Facebook event page, and posters
  • Ability to hand out promotional items at the event
  • 10’x10′ tent with 2 tables, and chairs (If you have a branded tent that is 10’x10’ you can bring it to set up the morning of the festival, more below in application)
  • Ice, disposable tasting/sample cups for the public, wastewater disposal (please, no dumping per code)
WE ASK THAT YOU PROVIDE:
  • Non-chilled beer for selling (Optional). You are able to sell non-chilled beer directly to customers. For age verification/control, attendees must purchase and present a beer garden wristband in order to purchase beer from vendors.
  • Your own payment methods, power supply, and connectivity, Mesta Park / MPNA will not be providing electricity or Wi-Fi to individual tables.
  • A minimum donation of 2 or more large kegs for sampling (not sales), or equivalent
  • Set up by 11:00 am and stay the entire duration of the event
  • No Styrofoam or glass containers or products are allowed
