SHARTEL BOULEVARD

Development Authority

The Shartel Boulevard Development Authority, Inc. (”SBDA”) is an Oklahoma non-profit corporation which supports landscape improvements, beautification and maintenance of Shartel Boulevard between N.W. 13th St. and N.W. 18th St. as well as N.W. 18th between N. Western Ave. and N. Shartel Ave.

The SBDA, governed by a Board of Directors of Mesta Park and Heritage Hills residents, maintains the trees in the medians, the flowers and other landscape material on the endcaps at the intersections as well as the irrigation system.

Membership is voluntary and is separate from membership in Mesta Park Neighborhood Association, Inc. (“MPNA”). The SBDA relies solely on donations which may be made to the SBDA’s permanent endowment fund at the Oklahoma City Community Foundation.  Your membership in SBDA allows the SBDA to continue its mission, upkeep and beautification of the medians on Shartel Blvd. and N.W. 18th.  Please consider joining today by making a tax-deductible donation to the SBDA’s permanent endowment fund.
